Lonza, or lomo in Spanish, is an air-dried cured pork loin rarely found outside of Europe with a taste and texture similar to prosciutto. Møsefund’s Lonza is seasoned with bay, anise, garlic, black pepper, and sea salt and dry-cured until perfect, with an incredible rich herbaceous flavor.
