We season Mangalitsa with curing salts and traditional spices and smoke it over hickory for a sweet, smoky, and very fulfilling sausage with natural casings that provide a wonderful snap.
Each bratwurst is studded with mild cheddar cheese that adds a welcome additional flavor element and contrasts nicely with the smoke. Our hickory smoked bratwurst is fully cooked - just a few minutes on the grill or stovetop and they're ready to eat.
