Should any item become compromised during transit, please contact us immediately. While we cannot accept the return of perishable products, we use all feedback to improve our products and services. All requests for a refund, credit, or replacement must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday (with the exception of certain holidays) via UPS Ground, 3 day select or Second/ Next Day Air depending on destination. Orders received after 9 a.m. are processed on the next shipping day.

** Note 3 day select orders shipped on Monday and Tuesday only.

**3 day select may not be available depending on warmer temperatures.



All of our meats are flash-frozen and vacuum sealed to retain maximum flavor and freshness for up to 12 months. When an order is placed, each of your products is carefully hand-placed inside an insulated recyclable cooler and packed with dry ice to keep it frozen and cool while during transit. Packages are shipped via UPS and your Mangalitsa should arrive still frozen.

We charge a $10 packaging fee per order, even for orders that include free shipping, to cover the cost of the packing and shipping materials that ensure your Mangalitsa does not thaw during transit.
